Walden Ltd is based in West Hartford, Connecticut. "ClearPilot Business" means the Walden Ltd application and related services for operational intelligence, business system integration, credential-brokered access, briefings, alerts, and decision support.
Information we collect
Depending on how ClearPilot Business is configured, we may collect:
- Account information, such as name, email address, company, role, phone number, and contact details.
- Authentication and authorization data, such as login events, sessions, role assignments, and access decisions.
- Business operational data from connected systems, such as customer records, invoices, estimates, jobs, schedules, payments, fleet events, messages, and task history.
- Integration data from systems such as QuickBooks Online, SingleOps, Samsara, email platforms, job management tools, and related business software you authorize us to connect.
- Credential metadata, such as credential names, target systems, user access policies, tenant associations, and audit records. Secret values are handled through protected credential systems.
- Usage, diagnostic, and device data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamps, error logs, feature usage, and support context.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve ClearPilot Business.
- Connect authorized business systems and generate plain-language briefings, alerts, summaries, and decision-support context.
- Authenticate users, enforce access controls, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Execute authorized workflows and create audit records of system access and application activity.
- Provide implementation, support, troubleshooting, and customer communication.
- Comply with legal, contractual, security, and compliance obligations.
Purpose for requesting user data
ClearPilot Business requests user and business data only to deliver the functionality described on the application homepage: connecting existing systems, producing operational briefings, detecting gaps and exceptions, supporting authorized decisions, and securing and auditing access to business systems.
Credentials and sensitive operational data
ClearPilot Business is designed around brokered credential access. Where credentials are used, protected vault and access-control systems limit exposure of secret values. Authorized workflows may use credentials to complete requested actions, but credential access is governed by policy and logged.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, support, or operate ClearPilot Business.
- Authorized users and administrators within the relevant customer organization.
- Third-party systems that a customer directs ClearPilot Business to access or integrate with.
- Legal, regulatory, or security authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, audit logging, least-privilege practices, encrypted transport where appropriate, and separation of identity, credential, and workflow systems. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide ClearPilot Business, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and preserve audit records. Retention periods may vary by customer agreement, data type, and operational need.
Your choices
Depending on your relationship with Walden Ltd and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain personal information. Some information, including security logs and audit records, may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, security, or compliance reasons.
